Interior Design Careers

Our graduates work in residential design, contract design, or specialty areas such as kitchen design. They are on the staffs of design studios, furniture retailers, department stores, or one of a wide variety of businesses.

Graduates qualified by the Iowa Professional Licensing Bureau may become registered professional interior designers.

Placement

Starting Wages: $25,000 - $39,000 per year*
Graduates are paid a salary, commission, or a combination.
