April Physical Fitness Test

On Wednesday April 10, 19 people tested for the physical fitness test and out of that 6 were new students or employees. Everyone who retested saw improvements, so way to go! The test consisted of 30 minutes of endurance, 2 minutes of push ups and sit ups along with a flexibility component. The final test will be May 8- All Day!
