De-Stress Days were held in the Brock Student Center on Wednesday, December 5 and Thursday, December 6 to help students relax in preparation for finals. On Wednesday, free chair massages were offered on a first come, first served basis by a certified massage therapist. Students were also able to make their own stress balls by filling balloons with flour and drawing faces on them. On Thursday, the Cedar Valley Humane Society brought 3 dogs to the Brock Student Center for students to play with. Each component of De-Stress Days was a success and enjoyed by many.
