Apprenticeship

An apprenticeship program combines on-the-job work experience and classroom related instruction and produces an employee that is skilled in their chosen occupation.

Hawkeye Community College offers four-level sponsored apprenticeship programs for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Students are sponsored by an employer or local business.
