Class A & B CDL Refresher
This 40-hour individualized refresher course is designed for drivers who already have a Class A or B CDL and want to get back into the trucking industry. The refresher is tailored to the areas you need to review the most including safe truck driving skills in backing, turning, shifting, and maneuvering a vehicle. You will practice using driving simulators or full-size trucks on our driving range and the road and highway.
In this course, you will have the opportunity to:
- Update and improve your driving skills
- Become proficient in vehicle inspections
- Receive personalized instruction
- Learn current trucking industry information
Admission Requirements
This program meets the needs of students who already possess a Class A or B CDL and have moderate knowledge or experience in the truck driving industry.
Starting Wages and Career Opportunities
Truck drivers are in demand and the need for drivers is expected to increase over the next several years. With training, drivers with a Class B CDL can expect to earn $18,400 – $30,800* per year and drivers with a Class A CDL can expect to earn $27,000 – $40,000* per year.
