Mindset Shifts for Positive Outcomes
It’s easy to look at those around you and determine their outlook. Ever wonder what people think of you when they look at you? It's harder to look at ourselves, especially in a leadership or supervisory role. This session will give you a chance to examine your outlook and share some tips on how to make mindset shifts on how you view things. By the end of the training you will have had a chance to identify and develop an action plan for the following learning objectives: a personal board of directors and a personal mission; stinkin' thinkin' patterns in your life and how to change them; areas in which to change how to manage yourself; priorities in your life; and communication style and behaviors.

Karen is a dynamic speaker and coach with 20 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, performance and career coaching, and public speaking. She is extremely proficient at facilitating workshops and engaging audiences.
