Teaching for Learning
You can never have enough tools in your toolbox for instruction and assessment!
Templates can be used to develop great designs for learning.
Remember to have a clear learning target in mind before you select your strategies for instruction. The strategies you choose must give your students practice for performing well on assessments.
To align your learning design, there must be a match among the interdependent pieces:
- What you want students to learn
- Why you want them to learn it
- How you will know that they learned it.
The better the match, the better the instructional design, and most importantly, the better the student performs.
