Promotional Items

Hawkeye keeps a small inventory of giveaways on hand for promotional use. Items must be requested in advance and are charged back to your department or office.

Request for Promotional Items

• If you know you are having a large group for an upcoming event, please send your request early to the Public Relations and Marketing office so that items are on hand. There are times as the fiscal year gets to an end that we are "out" of items and will re-order for the next fiscal year.

• Departments are charged 42 cents for pens and 18 cents for pencils. Prices may change as new items are ordered. Please submit your cost code when requesting these items. Currently there is no charge for other promotional items that are available, such as folders.

• Promotional items are to be used for promotion – given to prospective students or outside individuals. Items are not intended to be used by Hawkeye employees.
