Housing Options

Choosing a place to live can be a big decision. There are many factors that may sway you one way or another.

While Hawkeye doesn't own on-campus housing, privately-owned Hawkeye Towers apartments and Hawkeye Village apartments are merely steps away from main campus. You can skip the hassle of driving to campus and enjoy the proximity of campus and it's amenities such as the Student Tutoring and Computer Lab, Brock Student Center, and the Health Education and Services Center.

Students also have the option to live in the residence halls at the University of Northern Iowa, a quick drive or bus ride away from main campus, and take advantage of the resources on both Hawkeye's campus and UNI's campus. This is an especially ideal option for students intending to transfer to UNI.

Or check out our housing list of housing options near campus and throughout the Cedar Valley [pdf].

Hawkeye does not endorse any specific property listed. You are responsible to inspect the property and Hawkeye disclaims any responsibility for, but not limited to, the condition of any premise, terms or any lease of any landlord, or compliance with any applicable zoning ordinances.
