Iowa Vocational Technical Grant

Iowa residents enrolled in vocational-technical or career option programs at Iowa community colleges may be eligible to receive these grants. The maximum grant awarded is $1000 per year for up to two years of education. Part-time students may be eligible for adjusted amounts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Iowa resident
• enrolled in at least three credit hours in an eligible financial aid program
• enrolled at an Iowa community college

To Apply

• complete a FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1. Your completed FAFSA must reach the federal processing center by July 1.
