Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards (SAP)

Probation Status

You are on probation status if:

  2. it is possible for you to meet our Satisfactory Academic Progress standards within one term of enrollment.

A student on probation is:

  • eligible to receive financial aid, and
  • not required to follow the Academic Plan requirements.

Students on probation will continue to be eligible for financial aid as long as they meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards at the end of their next semester.

Students on probation who do not meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards at the end of the semester will be placed on Financial Aid Suspension.
