Latin American Student Organization (LASO)
"L.A.S.O. – Tying Things Together"
LASO welcomes anyone and everyone interested in learning more about Latino community and culture. We strive to provide resources and awareness to issues that affect the Latino community. It is our commitment to educate ourselves as well as others about our culture, our heritage, our diversity, and our roots in order to empower one another.
We are involved in campus outreach, community involvement, and character development. It is essential for us to be inclusive and welcoming to all students of different ethnicities and nationalities. We honor each other’s opinion by coming together and celebrating our achievements.
We are the leaders of this generation and it is our duty to increase and inform people of the issues that affect our community.
