Preserving the Past, Celebrating the Future

Presented by: Obie Saddler Jr.
Managing Attorney
Saddler Law Firm, LLC

Obie Saddler Jr. grew up in Waterloo and attended East High School. Later he graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska and obtained his Juris Doctorate. Upon passing the Iowa Bar Exam, the Iowa Supreme Court licensed him to practice. He was later admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.

During his career, Saddler lectured to various professional groups. He also taught paralegal studies courses as an adjunct professor.

He relocated to Arizona where he began working as a Litigation Attorney in the Goldberg & Osborne Phoenix Litigation Office and later became a managing attorney. Later, he opened Saddler Law Firm, LLC where he continues to pursue justice for those who have been wronged due to the negligence of others.

Although he loves his family, his vocation, and his Phi Beta Sigma fraternity brothers, there is nothing more important to him than his relationship with his Lord and Savior - Jesus Christ and the opportunity to be a chief servant for the Lord's people. His passion is the study and application of the gospel. His most satisfying moment came when two years of training culminated in his ordination as a Deacon at Antioch in April 2005.

He and his family are members of First Institutional Baptist Church where Obie has sang in the Men's Chorus, taught Sunday School, formed the Freddie Randall Leadership Academy for young boys, taught bible study, led the Prayer Ministry and the Multi-Media Ministry, ministered in Youth Church, and served on the church's Governance Council.

Saddler is the eldest son of Obie and Doris Saddler. He and his wife, Molly, have two beautiful daughters, Jasminn, 22 and Octobria, 17.
