The Natural Resources Club supports the Natural Resources Management program. Our main goal is to cooperate with professional agencies and organizations while developing leadership and management abilities, and encouraging cooperation among students.

- Clear Lake Biomass Research Project: Fish Seining with the Iowa DNR & ISU (September)
- CWD testing of deer heads with the Iowa DNR at Sweets Marsh (December)
- Environmental Education Projects and Displays (year- round)
- Hosting the Regional Envirothon with area Soil & Water Conservation Districts & Iowa DNR (March)
- Bobcat & River Otter Necropsy with Iowa DNR (March)
- Trumpeter Swan Relocation Roundup with Iowa DNR (April)
- Prescribed Burning (must be S-130/S-190 certified) (April)
- Hawkeye’s Teambuilding Camp (June)
Club Requirements / Eligibility
The Natural Resources Club is designed to support the Natural Resources Management program, however, anyone is eligible to participate.
