Gym Floor Rental Rates
The gym floor will only be available when the facility is not being used for Hawkeye Community College athletic events, student, or college activities.
Nets and hoops are included in the rental rate. Other equipment must be provided by the renter.

Table and Chair Rental
If you will need tables and chairs for your event, you must rent them from a third party vendor and have the vendor setup and tear down.
Catering
If you will have food at your event, you will need to work with an approved third party catering vendor.
Damages
You are responsible to cover the replacement and maintenance costs for any damages incurred during your event.
