SACA: Industry Standard Certification

Your training at the Automation and Robotics Center at Hawkeye prepares you for the certification tests accepted by industry—SACA, or the Smart Automation Certification Alliance.

At the Automation and Robotics Center, you can prepare for both silver and gold certifications. The difference? How you prove you know what you’re doing:

• Silver = An online, written exam
• Gold = Hands-on performance assessment

Pass the online exam to qualify for the hands-on assessment. You can do both in our designated training center, the first of its kind in Iowa.
