Supplemental Instruction (SI) study sessions provide a unique way to enhance your understanding of course material. These sessions are led by students who previously excelled in the class, offering valuable insights and guidance.

Supplemental Instruction sessions focus on active learning strategies, helping you sharpen your study skills and master course content. They’re not about re-teaching lectures or introducing new topics but reinforcing what you’ve already learned in a hands-on, collaborative way.

By participating in Supplemental Instruction sessions, you’ll:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of essential course concepts.
  • Compare notes with classmates to fill in gaps and share perspectives.
  • Build connections with peers in your class.
  • Practice effective study techniques to improve your learning.
  • Test your knowledge and prepare for exams with confidence.

Supplemental Instruction sessions are all about creating a supportive and engaging space to help you succeed academically!
